He wants to do what cudi and banks did, go solo and independent, the only reason a rapper would want a retail release is because it maximizes reach potential, but those marketing dollars getting factored in to sales of the retail album, fab prolly Tryna pocket a majority of that money, does he even need what a retail release could offer him?
If he goes independent, he actually has to work for a living...and that's not happening
