Took a Vaca from my job and come back to hear 3 of my senior managers got fired for cooking the employees time cards.... I could see 2 of them going down for that cuz they were idiots.... But the other guy was smarter than that.... Or so I assumed.....

Nah quitting a job is lame. Layoffs/firings a company can do what they basically want. A MAN quitting a job with no job lined up is a lame ass dude.

Not really. If you’re financially astute, and u know ur bills are covered for years to come, u can quit any job.

the trick is to avoid putting urself in situations that are designed to compel u to always work….having kids with poor women, going into debt buying unnecessary items, married to a poor woman (or women who are not in ur earning bracket).

quitting a job is really a super power. If you have it, there’s a certain way you’ll move which lets your bosses know they need to keep themselves in check or you’ll walk out.

I see a lot of disrespect in the work place and people take it cause they have no choice. Try your hardest to make sure you don’t end up like that. Your dignity is one of the dominant factors that separates you from animals.

Everything is situational. You can't say quitting or getting fired should be in this "lame" box bc the shyt happens for different reasons. Some good reasons and some fugazi reasons. It's all situational
