Do you think Hip Hop will drop to older genres level?

What I mean is, do you think the overall popularity of the genre will ever drop from the mainstream like Jazz, disco, dance etc or maybe even rock, which is arguably one of the more popular of the genres.

Will it reach an all time high then slowly fall off? Or will it just remain as relevant like pop music?

With technology nowadays, people could potentially create some next level shyt.

Hip-Hop is a vehicle that markets to the youth on a level beyond the ones reached by those other genres so nah I doubt it becomes completely irrelevant anytime soon. There's way too much profit involved.

And let's not forget, those in power need somethin to keep folks ignorant and c00nin' so Hip-Hop will continue to be an instrument in a destructive scheme (culture vultures, plants, appropriation, negative content, etc.)
