Do you think Kendrick uses the Pedo Angle If Drake doesn’t open the door?

I actually believe kendrick had two angles for this battle... door a - dont mention my family again or we will go full pdf file on you. door b - was prob the lighter approach which would have been doubling down on the ghostwriting angle... alot of twitter chatter from daylyt and other tde members about more ghostwriting reveals like back to back being written by daylyt.. he prob had other angles but he prob had a light and dark angle. Drake chose dark.. and here we are...

in the 3rd verse he has like 2 bars that reference Family Matters...

that means he couldnt have possibly had the other 90% of the song premade?

I'm fairly certain the entire third verse was written after 'Family Matters' and maybe the whole track considering he also said "shape the stories however you want Drake, they're not slow."

I get that you are trying to discredit him but it's more likely he wrote the bulk, if not the entire song after hearing "Family Matters"

Get his dikk out of your mouth and breathe nikka before you pass out.

I'm giving him credit for preplanning all this and having the foresight to know how the battle will go.

The cover of 6:16 being a zoomed in version of the MTG cover which dropped immediately after Family Matters tells me he knew this was going to the pedo route from the beginning. So having the Pedo anthem already prepared makes sense. And he basically told you in that song he has all the songs ready to go

He baited Drake.

He told Drake what not to do, knowing that his ego would tell him this nikka not about to tell me what to do.
He fell right into that trap and didn't even know it.
Exactly. Kendrick always planned to go thus route. He clearly hates drake and the only explanation that makes sense is the pedo and sex trafficking shyt

He knows drake doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut. He offered multiple warnings as a reminder, but he knew they weren't gonna be headed

Dudes like drake are always their own downfall. Too prideful to know when to quit. Always returning for more punishment until the walls crumble around them for good. Gonna be a rough road ahead of him

They both knew the angle the other guy was going with. They either heard the initial record/references. The first 2 record from each of them alluded to that.

Kendrick knew what Family Matters was about and Drake knew what Euphoria/6:16 were about.

It’s been mutually assured destruction type shyt since then.

First of all..... you been trying to hate on Kendrick all week we've seen it but anyway, I'm not gonna go down that road and pull the receipts and clutter up this thread.

It's clear that some of the lyrics to "Not Like Us" were written after "Family Matters" if not all... that's all I said and even you can admit that and that's the ONLY thing that we know for sure.

i think the pedo angle is a cheap spade. it’s indefensible. and kendrick knew that

i think he had rather ate him up with just rap

Have you stopped beating your wife is the ultimate example of a loaded question.

Both of these guys are guilty of throwing indefensible accusations at each other.

Unfortunately for Drake he’s got a lot of smoke on his side as far as pedo/grooming goes.

One of these is an event that maybe happened in the past. The other is an ongoing event that is continuing to take place.

You can tell Drake thought Family Matters was the one. Even towards the end his last bar is "This shyt got to be over by now for anybody that's calling it right?"

He was done. That's why he sounded done on The Heart Pt 6. He didn't think he'd have to go again. He really wasn't prepared or didn't think Kendrick would do what he did.

It was pretty obvious at the time of 6:16 dropping that the pedo angle was what Kendrick was hinting at on 6:16, warning Drake that he could bring up. Hence the pacify and "what would MJ do?" Lines. That line always seemed obviously to mean "don't you think MJ would do whatever he could've to avoid the public humiliation of being called a pedo if he could do it over? Well here's your chance, dont say anything back"

kendrick said “if you take it there i’m taking it further and that’s something you don’t want to do”…

drake dug his own grave :yeshrug:

The intro to Euphoria is basically telling how this whole thing would play out.

It's not that he wouldn't it's that he knew he would have to.

Lost in all the discussion is that nobody mentioned anything about pedophilia or young women until Drake brought it up on Taylor Made Freestyle.

I think trying to get ahead of it just made it an angle and showed Kendrick that he actually was insecure about it.

Before that it wasn’t even brought up or alluded to in 10 years of jabs

Does Kendrick use it if Drake doesn’t give it validity?
this was a topic on JBP :scheme: i dont think he would
