Do you think Latinos can replace us as America's dominant minority?

We all know that for all the hatred, slander, and oppression aimed our way, we are America's primary source of cultural wealth.
I've noticed recently a major push to put a spotlight on Latinos. Corporations and politicians are reaching out to Latinos more openly than ever now.
Do you think Latinos could ever fill the role of America's mot influential minority the way Black people have since day 1?
Could they ever lead the charge in American style, entertainment, vernacular, athletics, politics, and science like Black people do now?

then there's the ones who marry and assimilate into whiteness and get away as far from their people as they can.
And I'm not even including the whole Mexican v Central American dynamic that got these weirdos in a strangehold.

I don’t think that people in the US can understand what correlates to starving in another country. The opportunity to do better does exist in the United States. That is the president that American dream is built on. And, for all intents and purposes, it is true. So yes, they are fit for the job so to speak. They get paid like shyt, but eventually they build with what they were given.

Being the entertainment class has not translated into any real power. These other groups are not trying to be "influential", they are doing the "boring" but important things (owning things in their communities etc).

Latinos have already surpassed us numerically and probably will pass us economically (if they have not done so already).

One major difference is Latinos assimilate less
So for them to become the dominant force in american pop culture a lot of people would have to learn spanish otherwise it's going be a disconnect between what they organically invent in the culture and what cacs try to culture vulture

Latinos want that close association with whiteness but never fully assimilate and give up their own traditions/culture. They don't need American TV shows and movies they're global
