I'm not talking about numbers. They already have.
I'm not talking about numbers. They already have.

To be fair, this was also said decades ago but Latinos still generally operate differently from White Americans as a whole. They want to be white so that won’t last long … a couple generations and they’ll be assimilated …
That's a good point. One major difference is Latinos assimilate less
So for them to become the dominant force in american pop culture a lot of people would have to learn spanish otherwise it's going be a disconnect between what they organically invent in the culture and what cacs try to culture vulture
In what way?Latinos far surpassed black people about 15 years ago.
You bring up a good point about their economics.Culturally, it is literally impossible.
Economically, you’re in the wrong frame of mind if you are trying to compete with Latinos. I have seen charts where they might earn slightly more than black people, but keep in mind they are concentrated in HCOL areas. Many of them have poor English skills and a huge percentage are illegal aliens. You on an individual level are fukking up if you can’t outperform them.
Edit- I did not see that your question was primarily cultural in the first place. Short and long answers are both “no.”
Nah. Latinos tend to be very proud of their cultures. Most Latinos in the USA aren't really so proud of being Latino. They all want to be white while simultaneously swagger jacking black culture.
In Latin American countries, whiteness is worshiped. If they marry a white person here in America and have white babies it's like hitting the jackpot for them. They be posting their white blue eyed babies 24/7 on social media and change their last name before they even are officially married to the cac
Economically they'll never really make an impact because they're proud to do slave work and be seen as the "hardest workers"
One thing I've noticed when working blue collar jobs with Latinos is that Latinos tend to ask the boss for extra hours at work, while non-Latinos push for a raise and/or a promotion. Mentally Latinos are held back by wanting to be the pack mules of the nation. Pair that with their coke and alcohol addiction and they not going nowhere
I'm fluent in Spanish and Hispanics don't ever think I know Spanish so I get to really hear how they think, mentally they'll never succeed
100%.They want to be white so that won’t last long … a couple generations and they’ll be assimilated …
thank you. was waiting for someone to say this. there’s more to being a dominant minority than the numbers.Nope. They might have the numbers, but they don't have the cultural capital.

It's one thing for Dems to convert them to supplant the number of Black people who are disillusioned by the DNC and have opted out the political process in general. They gotta get some numbers from somewhere. They white women love black dudes and they choosing their career over a family. Why you think they overturned
Roe vs Wade. They need numbers their shrinking as the majority.
There's nothing for us in places like Wyoming, North Dakota, Utah, Oregon etc that's why those states are strictly white and Hispanic. A lot of those majority white cities like Salt Lake City are also 15-30% Hispanic, and 0-1% black. There would be no way for us black people to even get our foot in the door because we have no footholds established in those places and no black people want to go thereAnd this is why we need to expand and go to these other states and cities.
I’m sorry, I know everyone black wants to be cool and stick to your LAs, NY, ATL, Philly, Chicago, DC and Houston type places there already overcrowded with not just us, but everyone else in general.
We need to realize the is is a big country and we need to grow our population in the Nebraska’s, Wyomings, Montana’s, and places like that where there is so much room to grown and unlimited potential
I'm not only talking about entertainment. What does dominant minority mean? In terms of economic power? Political power?
In terms of that, yes, I would say they already have passed us. They are already the dominant population in Texas and that will only increase as time goes on.
In terms of 'culture' and entertainment, then no, but they are making inroads. Bad Bunny, although not American, is one of the biggest pop stars out there. You got Mexican OT blowing up on the rap scene. There are probably some other examples scattered here and there.
With that said, most races don't want to become the entertainers, aka jesters, for the rest of society. I just seen that post of the guy in the cowboy hat dancing at Mexican parties and a lot of cats look at it like, "Man that boy getting them Mexican hoes!" I seen it as a kind of bojangling and putting on theatrics while other races watch and laugh. You won't see many videos of a white, asian or latinos pop-locking as a group of black folks sit around and clap and laugh.
Latinos are looking to take over industries and then put their own people on just as every other race looks to do. Look at tech for example. If you've worked at any big company, the tech department is almost assuredly 85% Indian. Look at construction or landscaping crews. Almost all Latino. When one gets a foothold and gets in the door, they put their people on. Meanwhile, rarely will another black person put you on because they want to be the only black person with power at that company.
The reality is many see black folks as beneath them just as white folks do but they have no qualms about not hiring black people because they don't have the racial animosity that blacks white with whites due to slavery and segregation. "I'm not racist because I'm a minority as well." They can't be shamed into hiring blacks and made to feel guilty, so the reality isn't looking that great for black folks unless a mindset shift occurs.
Politically, it's a done deal. When reparations are brought up, Biden instantly shifted the conversation to how hard working Latino immigrants are. Also, on some zoom panel full of black folks, he straight up tells them they better get used to working with Latinos. The power structure has effectively got their lighter complexioned replacement negro. They still get their cheap labor without the animosity of past grievances and having the reparations conversation hang over on their heads.
