Not at all. At this point the fans who matter (the ones who have the money and credit cards to buy the tickets) won't give a damn. As usual they are 5-7 years late. At this point a Daniel Bryan turn would have more impact.

I personally like your idea but they should have pulled that trigger during the Kane "Embrace the Hate" angle at the absolute latest.

Hold old is Cena like 37? Hogan turned when he was in his 40's so he got about 3 years till these kids grow out of liking him.

His biggest chance was to heel on Rock at WM 28 in Miami..he'll never get that spot back and that's that. He'll never draw on the Hogan level as a heel either way so that doesn't work either.
