He is not untouchable. I think the implosion of the economy is going to be what gets him thrown out. He is going to get impeached in January 2027 if the Democrats take the House and he has a really good chance of getting thrown out if the Democrats win in a landslide.

Impeachment means nothing anymore. The Senate will never convict him which would be an automatic removal. If he couldn't get convicted in the Senate for January 6th, he can't get convicted for anything.
The only thing that can happen to Trump during these 4 years is that his poll numbers go down. But that doesn't mean anything either. It hurts the party. Not him.
If the economy implodes and the Democrats get more seats in the Senate and become the majority then I think Trump will be convicted in the the Senate especially if Republican voters want him out. I have been watching these Republican town halls and Trump's voters are madder at him than the Democrats are, because they don't like Musk.

You need 67 out of 100 votes to convict in the Senate. It isn't a simple majority like Impeachment in the House. That means you need at least 15 to 18 Republican Senators to agree to convict. Not going to happen.
The country is too polarized and Republicans have been scared of Trump voters for 8 years now.
I realize that 2/3 is needed for removal. I am saying that the way that Trump is clowning and the way that Republican voters are feeling about him it could very well happen in 2027, because you and me both know that right now this is as good as the Trump Presidency is going to be. It is all down hill from here and there is no bottom at the bottom so they will want him removed due to his gross incompetence. I think that a deep recession or dare I even say a depression is going to do him in.

Yes, I remember the beginning of his last term. Coming home from work and seeing what crazy thing he's done, thinking the people are going to have him removed eventually and it never happened. Not only that, but he was also just voted to a 2nd term.
