Winning a Super Bowl is really fukking hard. Not only do you have to have a good team, you have to get a bit lucky as well.

No he is arguably the worst GM of all time.
I can't give Al a demerit at the end of his career when he's one of the most important figures in NFL history and was an all time great GM - even then, that stretch was still probably better than Millen's run in Detroit

Jerry won those Super Bowls on the back of Jimmy Johnson. He was so jealous that Jimmy was receiving the credit for those Super Bowls, he fired him after winning back to back Super Bowls.
Jerry is so terrible at his job, the Cowboys have the longest drought in the NFC of reaching the Championship game.
He doesn't (cant) evaluate talent, doesnt have any idea how to construct a team (he differs to his head coach instead of hiring a coach that can coach the type of team he wants to build), sits out every free agency, waits to the last minute to extend his pro bowl players and ends up paying more, drafted Taco Charlton over TJ Watt… i can go on and on
You don't have a team win 12 games three years in a row by accident.
