This is my best "money year" ever but it took me a long time to get here. I'll easily cross six figures probably by October. And I still grind like I'm broke.

Somehow I need to automate more of the physical work out of my businesses, have them throwing off cash, then invest that cash into a business I can actually sell. That's really the only way to do it from middle class outside lottery, sports or some kind of lawsuit.

What do you do for a living?:jbhmm:

It's doable if you have a plan.

Start investing before you turn 30 and you can retire in your 50's with a million between your retirement account, savings & assets.

The key is to have a plan and to not think its going to happen by luck. Try purchasing stocks that pay dividends. 7-10 years of using your dividends to reinvest and purchase more dividend paying stocks should have you in a comfortable position to retire or pursue other avenues of wealth building.

Online businesses, ecommerce. Tons of information on Youtube to absorb. Just find what's selling, get your hands on it or get it made, and put it in the proper channels.

I hate this kind of advice because it relies on you not getting sick or dying young... much higher return in a cash business.

Myself. fukk 12(1)!
I'm mostly concerned with living comfortably and having something to pass down to my family.

My husband played sports for a bit and owns a business and I own several rental properties, along with my consulting job. Our properties are owned outright (no mortgages).

Although we might be considered well-to-do, we live below our means. Neither of us are flashy people and generally splurge on vacations/excursions vs. material things; we love creating new experiences.

The chances of someone going from nothing to rich is getting struck by lightning slim. The majority of rich people were already born into some sort of wealth and had connections to begin with....and even then they had to have major hustle/entrepreneurship skills along with a solid work ethic...like on some no days off shyt...like Vince McMahon sleeping four hours at the most type shyt. That's the kind of grind and focus needed, and like someone already said, people on here who post on the coli often are already fukking off way too much to even think about getting at that level....but everyone swears they got that master foolproof plan :francis:

A lot of people envisioned themselves being rich one day but as time passes they realize that they'll always be working class.

Do you think you'll ever be a millionaire is the question, if so what are you doing today to make that happen besides hope?

Those people lacked drive, white hot burning desire and focus....

It's a lonely depressing road and no one believes in you so I can see why people get overwhelmed and quit. Making money is more fun than having it.
Wealth alienates family, friends and lovers but it also exposes their true nature.

There's a very very ugly side and in my case I lost my grandma because my aunt was more concerned with me paying her for care than her own mothers health.

Also lost another grandma in the same quarter due to family negligence ...so what's the point in having money if you cant save the ones you love ? When extended family sees you as nothing but an ATM ?

but this is just me and anecdotal, if you want money. Go get it, nothing can stop you except you. The perks are sweet but the pitfalls are too.

This young lady just gave yall the formula.... which is basically... good income, and living below your means..... That's the easiest way to save money, and have capital for good investments and business opportunities....

I don't subscribe to this theory. I personally think most don't get rich because they don't acquire an education that will allow them to capitalize off of their talent and natural ability. In the hood we were never taught to pursue an education past high school. To this day I'm the only male from my neighborhood to get a college degree. I'm the only male in my family to get one as well.

Another reason most people remain in the conditions that they were born in is because they're taught to conform to a typical 9-5. Once again using me as an example, in high school all the older heads thought that getting a warehouse job was coming up. My first year out of high school I got multiple warehouse jobs and quit them all. I told myself that college could never be harder than that shyt and I went from being a 2.0 student in high school to being a 4.0 student in college.

I say all of that to say that people usually become stagnant/content because they become products of their environment and they don't pursue their dreams because they're taught to go the safe route which is a typical 9-5. Its so many dreamkillers out there that most just fall victim to the traps of drugs or alcohol which often kills ambition.

The game isn't designed for everyone to be up but more could be up if they actually knew how to monetize their passion and were bold enough to try it.
