That book is bullshyt. It's about penny pinching so you can be a millionaire at 55 right before you go on dialysis.
If it's not telling you to create value/own something, it's bullshyt.
Personal finance isn't a driver of wealth, it's just habits you need to develop to preserve wealth. A driver of wealth is those guys selling a million books about personal finance and charging outrageous fees for public speaking. They telling you the key to wealth is eating tomato soup 5x a week when they got rich from selling a million books and getting $20,000 to speak.

I think i will be. I've got a business and investments. Already I'm living comfortably. Can never want for anything, will never worry about food, rent or other basic necessities the rest of my life (fingers crossed)
Can party whenever i want to, go to work whenever i want to.. Have money for any issues, have healthy relationships that's not strained by mooching or trying to make a come up.

Sounds like someone has read the millionaire fastlane or something similar
if you were making a killing in commercial real estate with long term triple net lease tenants
and a financial advisor recommended you get into residential property and rent them out
for cash flow ...would you do it ?

That book has a cheesy title but there was so much game in there. I greatly recommend it.

Bold was always stupid to me and sounds like some hater shyt to be honest. Yo you only worth 50 mill and got it from playing ball and or not writing checks so you ain't rich though. Might've been shaq that said "I don't want to cash the checks, i want to be the one signing them" and that always stuck with me. Then you see & hear about everything he's involved in and it's motivational.
