Like I said in that ramen thread if your employees have to live off tips you don’t need to be in business.

I tip the server/waiters/bartenders/delivery guy.

But these places asking you to put a tip in for pickup. Or leave a tip in the jar on carryout. fukk outta here.

Went out yesterday with my girl and a few friends. 7 of us total. I usually always tip but this time the extra fees were egregious.

First. We were only a party of 7 and there were three people paying. They charged all of us paying individually a 20% fee for a “large party”. Seemed excessive


Then charged us an additional 5% for using a credit card.

If I would have known that we would have just paid on one check and with cash. For the first time in a while I did not tip at a sit down restaurant.

I’ll tip at registers if its one of my favorite spots that I frequent because the food is so good.

I tip 20% minimum at sitdowns, more if service is exceptional. If service/food is horrendous ill go 10%

Tipped $100 on $150 tab at this spot in Vegas called “Best Friend”. Its in Park MGM. One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in life.

Korean/LA fusion. DJ/Music, ambience, food, service. All 10/10. Highly recommend
