At my job, yes. But I work for a major corporation, and the break area is surrounded by glass, so nobody can do any funny business.



But when I was working retail, absolutely not.




But we have a lot of catered lunch days at the office, and on location. Even with that, the work from home life has been,


except for this week because I’ve had to come to the office, and we only had lunch catered one day

I don't trust food left in public period.

I remember it was someone's birthday and so a cake was brought in. It was just me and a coworker in the breakroom with the cake and I watched this cac woman lick her finger and stick it in in the middle of a corner piece and go "That's mine!"

I was like "Why did you do that?" and she said "I did it to make sure no one takes it" I looked at her like and told her no one is going to know you touched it just from you licking your finger and declaring it yours. Thankfully she understood and actually cut and separated her piece but man after seeing shyt like that I already know people are doing disgusting shyt with food when no one else is around.

Word I work around a few ass scratching cars so eating food from work is a no no

Nooooope. Folks would steal peoples food, and some of the others I just did not trust to not fukk with my food.

I used to use the owners minifridge in his office cause he barely ever came to work, and only like 2-3 of us knew he had one in there.
