Yeah I believe that being a good person is good for the soul. But it's some disadvantages in being a good person. Like people will run over you if you let them and it's only few people that will appreciate you for all the good things you do for them.

I did try and sometimes I still do, but there's too many shytty people to just try to be a good person all the time.

Because I live my life thinking “if everyone acted like me when I did [insert action or behavior] would the world be a better or worse place to be”. That guides my actions because in the end I want a nice existence and I have to do my part to make sure it turns out/stays that way. I had this conversation with someone about why I change my music in certain areas. We were on the freeway in the drop top bumping 90’s West Coast rap but when we got to Wine Country I turned it to smooth jazz and she asked “Why did you change the music?”. I said because this is not the type of music that is for this environment, it doesn’t matter if it’s what you want to listen to or not. We all come wine tasting to relax, to enjoy the wine, to unwind from work, soak in the views...music about bytches and hoes and crips and shyt does not help with those objectives...it actually takes you out of it. So I’m doing my part as an individual to ensure that this environment stays a place of solace that we know and love.
I’m naturally a good person. I have to force myself to be a bad person sometimes.

I am. I'm always getting props on how I treat people. I have a hard time with it because I don't take compliments too well, and I really don't think I do anything that special. I tell folks all the time that I'm a mirror that reflects their energy back to them; so if you think I'm a good person it's because you're a good person.

Nah my momma told me early on to not be hateful or hate anybody. I try not to say “I hate xyz” when speaking about someone, because I really don’t. I’ll just say I don’t like them.
