You're exactly right breh. I think improving the black community is a scary sight :snoop:

Go get yourself on a 12 step program ASAP
Nah, I rather acquire more knowledge about businesses and such.

You ask ten black ppl: "Hey. Is kevin hart funny?" You think 6 or 7 are gonna say no? :stopitslime:

Naw breh, he's black so obviously his success has to be tied to a white man in some way shape or form.

He's obviously a part of the illuminati and had to suck some cac's dikk as part of his initiation. That's the only reason he's where he's at.

:comeon: He has three movies coming out....you know thats ATLEAST three cac dikks he had to suck. Also i think he was in the illuminati before 40 yr old virgin:patrice:

If your business acumen is anything like the way you post, you're gonna have a hell of a time as an entrepreneur :sadcam:
Ill be fine. No matter where I go Ill always make sure the end result benefits blacks.

You on the other hand I could see only benefiting whites based on the love for the racist white man that you exposed to me here in this thread.

patriece oneal RIP was a lot funnier :manny:

Ever listen to the Black Phillip shyt on youtube? Patrice will be my favorite comedian ever just based off this podcast he used to do. I won't even get into his standup cause it's just not fair. I think he was ahead of his time as dumb as that is to say in this day and age.

He can be funny but I don't think he is all that great as a comedian. I salute his success and wish him well.

I don't get it. I don't think a comedian has ever been this hot as far as movies and commercials go. He has 3 movies dropping in a 3 month span and has done commercials for Walmart and Samsung. He has his own show on BET too. It's crazy because I just don't think dude is that funny. Black comedy is either terrible or his agent is the best in the world.

thats what usually happens, when you drop them drawers, and or get on them knees. gots to pay to play in Hollyweird.

your stars are but dust on my shoes
I think its interesting that this thread is mostly people saying they don't enjoy Kevin Hart, cause literally no one was saying this when his standup was popping back when they were up on Netflix. I watched 'Seriously Funny' a while back, and it felt like I was the only one who wasn't blown away by it....

That being said, I'm happy Kevin Hart is doing his thing right now, seems like a cool guy.

I'm trying to figure out why I don't find him funny. He's a funny guy at times, bcuz he's short and his antics, but his material is probably the worst of any famous black person I've seen. He uses animation to boost the jokes. He's on a carrot top level. His comedy isn't really about the jokes, but more about what he's doing and his expression.

There's comedian like Patrice Oneal that has almost has so much insight about life and how men, women and racism works. And has a very unique way of present it.

Then there's Chris Rock who's hits on real subjects in a unique kind of way

Then there's Eddie Murphy and Pryor, Very funny with great material. Great delivery

Then there's Bernie Mac and Robin Williams, Pure naturals. guys that can make the lamest jokes funny. Just tell you any stories about anything is funny.

Can't forget Corey Holcomb, he says some of the funniest, rawest things out.

I was just thinking about how the advertisements featuring dude for that boxing comedy and his commercial with Lebron wasn't funny..i found him amusing in "Soul Plane," though i'm not sure if it was anything he did/said as much as the situations he was in.

I think black comedy in general is stagnant right now and has been for some time due to the genre being watered down for mass(yt) consumption...there hasn't been a funny black comedy show or film in more than a decade.
