Do you use all your sick days at work ?

I'm about to put my PTO in and I just noticed myself calculating Sick Time as if it were Vacation Time.

I'm bout to leave these nikkas hangin at least 8 times this year

I used to not used them because they were "sick" days and not "PTO"

Till my brother broke it down for me that I was just leaving money on the table if I let them reset.


Now I always find some excuse to be "sick"

These muthafukkaz don't even have sick days, and they got the NERVE to require a 2 week notice to use PTO. I haven't called of work since last February 2018.

Yes but I didn't use any of my 20 vacation days.

And we give volunteer days so I'm good for the year.

I used two days in a row in January because I was actually sick.

But the other four days I will just probably use randomly one every other month before the end of the year.

Yep using one as we speak.. Its kinda legit too ...did a lot of yard work this past weekend and my whole entire body is sore af so I'm gonna recover today.....but yeah I use all mine because they are part of my package and I'm a supervisor so I just text my number 2 and let him know I won't be in

The Irony is when im sick I like to work. Takes my mind off things. I work better too. IF im healthy im wasting 50% of work time doing trash online(like right now)
Sick days are vacation days for me.They're paid trips abroad, planned well ahead of time.
