4 week vacation + 4 more days I carried over + 5 paid sick days

Just took booked next week off cause why not

Two week vacation in the summer

Week and a half off around Christmas/New Years

Use my sick days randomly throughout the year

You know what I'm saying. People here talking about, I get 6 days gotta use them tactically lol these 'yes massa' ass nikkas. I've take about 25 sick days a year at every job I've ever had, never once has shyt been said to me.

Till my brother broke it down for me that I was just leaving money on the table if I let them reset.


Now I always find some excuse to be "sick"

Always use mine on a Friday or Monday. Get that 3 day weekend in.

i miss having unlimited PTO and sick days..it made it so much easier to schedule my getaways in the past

The city use to have sick days were i work at but the union fought to put sick in vacation together and just call it pto...but in doing that it accumulates slowly i work for the citys wastewater divison im also a supervisor now for about a year 120 hours in my account i might just cash 40 to treat my son who will be flying in from texas today.
