Do you use your PS5 and PC to play seperate genres of games

So for example for

PS5 is more of a western gaming machine like I play PS5 exclusives, First person shooters, and Sports games on Consoles

PC is where I play all my fighting games, hack and slashes, jrpgs, mmorpgs, beatemups and shmps. So more Eastern type of gaming.

PS5: Exclusives, once in a blue moon I'll buy a multiplatform like i bought Metaphor on PS5.
PC: Everything else mostly since my setup is mid/high end. That's indies, AAA multiplats, shooters(free MP), jrpgs anything.

Before I was gaming on PC I'd buy everything on PS3 obviously.
I used to do that certain system for a certain genre thing back during the PS3 gen. Nowadays it's redundant since PS5 or PC is sufficient for everything. Only did that back then because the 360 controller was better for shooters.

I really only play indie stuff on PC.

I prefer the console experience but there’s lots of games that don’t come to consoles that i play on PC.

Only time i play AAA games on PC is if there’s some glaring console issue/bad graphics/performance that i can avoid on PC.

Yes. PS5 is exclusives, multi-player, and sometimes the super leisurely/narrative based experiences (Dispatch, Expanse, Until Dawn).

PC is used for pretty much for everything else, especially RPGs. Once you play Cyberpunk on ultra settings and with mods, there is no going back.

My nephew gave me his PS5 after i built him his first gaming PC. Only reason why i chose to take it from him was due to gta 6 being ported late as hell for PC. Otherwise, it just chilling in the closet collecting dust. Looks like its gonna be there for another year now

Generally play Indies/AA games on PC. Only exception are games I want to Mod (i.e Cyberpunk, Skyrim, Fallout)

PS5 for AAA titles and Sports games for the most part

If it's 3rd party and I'm looking to mod the game, PC.

If not, 3rd party is split between PC and PS5 depending on sales.

PS5 mainly gets played for exclusives after that.
