Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
2 kids, wife and mortgage. She has a job but makes 1/3 of what I do so we pay all the bills from our shared account. I wouldn’t have any other way
Long winded way to say no...

I'm trying to be provided for. It's 2024. We need to leave these gender norms in the past

Me and my girl split our rent 70/30 (I pay the 70%...roughly $1400 per month)

She pays the electric

Groceries (roughly $70-$100 per week)

1/2 of our eldest son's daycare ($55 per week)

Our kids' clothes (shared)

Our kids' pull-ups and diapers (shared)

I pay the car note, and insurance for our sole vehicle (altogether $500 per month)

My 401k has both of my kids and their mother as prime beneficiaries.

My medical & dental benefits cover all of our kids' dentist and pediatrician visits.

And I'm still able to put a bit away towards my crypto and stock portfolios.

Yes. I would say I'm a provider.
