What I would like is for admins and mods to effectively ban those who repeatedly hash out bedbuck, bedwench, and c00n topics.
You have several posters - primarily from Lipstick Alley - who only rear their head to discuss pawgs, c00ns, and negativity.
The race trolls.
Gimmick posters who are miserable people offline and in turn, post nothing but trash online.
It's not race threads that are the issue themselves, it's the content that fuels them and the posters involved.
There wouldn't be any need for a separate board for racial topics if there was adequate moderating across the board.

Since there's no race track and most race topics end up in TLR, I think there should be a badge next to race threads that indicates there's a high volume of race talk in the thread so people who aren't comfortable discussing race can avoid the thread before even entering.

I'll draw up a mockup in photoshop to better illustrate my idea.
