This guy just sat our best player the entire fourth quarter in a competitive game and only played him 18 minutes in which he had 12 points, 5 boards, and 4 blocked shots. He thought Norris Cole last year was starting point guard material. WOAT coach
It's the personnel. Clippers don't have any high IQ players outside of CP3 and Pierce.

doc was about to be axed until thibs saved the x's and o's and the big 3 came thru. his celtic teams (before and with big 3) had collapses fairly often..the mental toughness of pierce and kg and clutch shooting by ray bailed him out countless times. theres a reason why those teams were going 6 and 7 games nearly every round and it was doc
he nearly always calls a timeout a possession or two late..is heavily reliant on high usg players historically and cant otherwise craft anything creative offensively...is poor at developing players..questionable rotations at times..and he manages to be below average all the way around despite having quality assistants the past decade. ironically, he is always championed as a leader of men yet its been nearly commonplace to see locker room disputes, deep rooted grudges and chaos develop from time to time nearly every season. i really am not sure what he is legitimately good to great at other than some inspirational moments and handling of pr

Not because of him we didn't. We gave up 34 in the 4th. Would have been a little easier getting stops to put the game away if the team had its starting center out there protecting the paint.but... ya'll won
