Unfortunately, I have heard of this happening before. Happened to a little boy in Atlanta back in 2004. His family got a little over $2 million after suing the OBGYN who did the procedure, which, to my understanding, was to be used for future therapy for the boy as he grows up.

It is but here's the thing, he didn't feel like a female, gender is a personal thing, no one but you can choose it for yourself.

There's no difference between male and female brains aside from how they're neurologically "wired", either way sex is physical and gender is mental, having a male body, junk and hormones would classify you as a male by sex but if you personally identify as a female then for all intents and purposes you're a female by gender.
