Y'all office workers need to make sure you hit the gym at least 3 times a week, I know you're old and flabby, and you get plenty exercise walking around the building and whatever other excuse you can muster, but that ain't enough chief, as a man you should constantly be challenging yourself physically if you ain't doing that your health is taking perpetual L's

We ain’t made for sitting down for hours and hours every single day.

Body needs exercise and at least consistent movement and decent amount of standing per day.

Apple Watch is good for reminding me to be standing 10-15mins per hour. :blessed:

Office work is fukkery but I still rather be doing it. :hubie:

A man needs to be walking a MINIMUM 10k steps a day and be active everyday.
