The process of which the oil is extracted matters. Most cheap seed oils are extracted using heat, which makes the oil oxidize faster and can turn toxic. Look for expeller pressed/cold pressed oils. Also look at the ingredients, and make sure it’s only w.e oil it says it is. Some oils will be a blend.
