My observation is that it's 'extra credit'--in school, extra credit only helps you if you're already passing the class and you just want to, say, bump your B+ to an A-. If you havee a 30% and need a 60% to pass, all the extra credit in the world is not doing shyt.

If you have the height, looks, charisma, mouthpiece, etc., the body will give you an extra edge.

If you look like Oshay Duke Jackson in the face and hairline, you're just gonna look like you're overcompensating.

Yes trust me it matters...women like a well dressed and defined man...think of it as a extra accessory. Most women don't like the bodybuilder type but if you're a athletic type guy or a guy that's slightly built with a slight belly they like that as well.

Everything matters and nothing matters.

Some girls like abs, other will get down with a husky dude.

Some girl want men no shorter than 6 feet, others don't care.

Some girls need you to have 6 figures in your bank account, others will entertain a dude eating ramen noodles.

Only things that matter is that you live your truth, be the best version of yourself, and have a life plan you are working on. If the best version of yourself is rocking a flabby gut, than work with it. Just don't be inauthentic. There's more nuance to this obviously, but it comes down to your frame in relation to the world.

Women are really are not as hard on dudes as we think they are. They will fukk with a dude who may not have much, but is building towards something. Just don't be a bytch and throw your hands in the air and surrender to life.

Man, woman, and child
It doesn't hurt.
That’s what I was gonna say. I’ve never been fat but I’ve been in real good shape and I’ve been outta shape and I didn’t see any difference other then getting compliments on my body. But I never had trouble getting females either way. Plus I’ve seen a lot of flabby beer gut dudes out here with bad women

@The ADD
Idk about others, but it attracts me!

Tall & fit.

The only fit body type many women don’t like is the body builder look. (And for me personally I don’t like some football players body types if it’s similar to body builders)

A fit body is essential to getting quality women imho.

The fatter I got the harder it was to get women. I was not sought after and I know I disgusted women. I was ~300 pounds at one point.

The leaner and healthier I got, the easier it is to talk to women and get approached by them. They chase me when I’m healthy. My self esteem is better and sex is so much easier without a beer gut :russ:

Being fit, handsome, well paid and well dressed is dating on easy mode. You feel like a real man tbh. Only thing that may work against me is that I’m 5’7” but I’ve never not gotten play cuz of that, afaik :manny:

I gain weight easily cuz I like to eat but I also like to work out so I’ve fluctuated a lot in my life. Let me tell you it absolutely makes a difference. But it’ll also only open the doors you still have to have some interests or personality if you looking for more than birds to smash.

I would also say lose weight for your career especially if someone at a higher position than you is a woman.
