Bad idea
She's better off paying a handful of friends to engage her social media posts on a daily/weekly basis.

or give incentives to the clients that repost her shyt etc....

Any time I see a page with hundreds or thousands of followers/subs with only 15 likes per posts or just one comment I be like....:rudy:

No.
One of the main reasons you want to have a high follower count is so you can increase your reach without having to rely on hashtags/retweets/reshares whatever.
Your reach is useless if your followers aren't real people who can buy your product. Then as others have said, your engagement will be trash. Instagram pushes posts to your followers first, if you don't do well with them you will have a harder reaching people who don't follow you.

She's better off paying people to advertise for her on their channel etc. How? By giving away coupons with 10%, 20% 30% off etc. That is how she can expand her brand. Lying is not a good motive. Once people figure that you are lying they will consider you untrustworthy.
