Does any other Workout brehs not do squats or deadlifts?

Thanks for the tips brehs, so strict cardio and light strength/plyo won’t get my weight off as fast as heavy weights? I don’t know what I’m doing I’ve only been in the gym 5 months. I haven’t dropped much weight but my conditioning is VERY high from my start and my body has reshaped itself to a more muscular looking frame from the O shape I was at

The number one thing with fat loss is calorie balance. That rules all. Lifting “heavy” will help you keep the muscle you do have. Very few people want to diet all the way down as a beginner and have zero muscle mass because they burned through it.
