Nah. Just do your cardio, eat your three square meals a day, but make sure they are low calorie, low fat meals. Brown rice, grilled chicken breast, and broccoli for example. Eat that and you'll be full, tastes good, and nutritious. Those are the three areas to focus on.

If you fast a whole lot, your metabolism will slow down and all you can think about is eating, so when you actually eat, you'll feel like you'll have to gorge.

I don’t necessarily eat too bad unless I’m out. I’ve always been skinny fat. My issue might be lack of working out mainly.

I have a job but I was unemployed for a bit so my past two checks been gettin burned on catching up on late bills and debt. So I’ve been scrapping by with little bread. So that’s one reason why I don’t want to start the diet change yet.
If you want a nice body you should work out, weight training, with proper diet. I was skimming and thought you just wanted to lose weight.
