why I loved atlI know women who hate/dislike it, for various reasons. Many of them are obvious, like the male/female ratio and competition among other women

moved away like 10 years agoMy wife hated it because it took some Creflo Dollar Ministry sized faith to believe I wouldn't step out on her with my 1,343,000 options...
Matter of fact any sister married to a red blooded Black man should hate the city for that fact.. It's like a diabetic at a Hershey factory...

Yeah man its crazy how many women just will accept that you don't want a relationship with them or will accept just being a side chick. It's hard to not be demonic out herewhy I loved atl

Some fair points...Well Georgia has the smallest (and most) counties and cities in the nation. It's very decentralized (which creates the problem with public transportation). So as weird as it sounds, it's unfair to measure ATL by the literal city. ATL is understood as the metro area.ATL is cool but a lot of these dudes on here would have you thinking this place is Atlantis. Has its pros and cons just like everywhere else in the country. Another thing to mention that i feel doesnt get brought up on here a lot is the sheer urban sprawl of the city. Atlanta itself is small as far as cities go but MOST people live spread out inside the perimeter and just outside it. When you factor that in its top 5 populous metropolitan area in the country. Without public transit getting around is a hassle and club life is really 90% of what the city has to offer. Its not as much to do as say NYC during the day and tourism options.
Don't get me wrong, I love living here. Cost of living, education, diverse people (much less localized than NYC but they are here). Just had to put that out there for the dudes who are coming here with misconceptions. I couldn't move back to NY but I love visiting still. Some fair points...Well Georgia has the smallest (and most) counties and cities in the nation. And just as you can say a positive about how NYC has various things going on at all times, you can say negatives, like cost of living and how few people can afford to own property.
It's not perfect in Atlanta, but it might feel like a utopia to some people, depending on what you want.
