
not sure if this helps but i feel you on that. regular milk can do that to you. i think even if not lactose intolerant. i know i felt it in my stomach more when I drank regular milk, even at 2%. I switched to this milk and its been better. More tolerable. Usually get the yellow one or whichever one is available. Plus it doesn't expire as quickly. Only issue is price but I think even the regular milk is expensive these days.Nah. I'm lactose intolerent. Just walking down the dairy aisle fukks my stomach up.
Interestingly enough, most people of color on the planet are lactose intolerent but I believe the majority of Europeans are not.
