We keep some on deck for the girls to make/have sugar scrubs and all dat type of shyt.

Every time. Not much, about a tablespoon...you want to kill some of the acidity but not make it sweet.

Sugar isn't really needed for anything useful

For coffee I use oat milk
For tea I use honey
