Does anyone else not keep sugar in their house

Most of the stuff you eat or the condiments you use are already filled with sugar. Im keto and its a pain the the ass finding food with no added sugar.

When you think about it, I literally don't use sugar in anything except maybe pasta

Same i got no sugar in my house, occasionally i buy brown sugar but it goes bad every 6 months
