25 years old, first job in the business world. We are going through a meeting detailing the finances from the year before I started. Its scheduled for like 3 hours. As someone mentioned above I was using the ringtones where you have to get the song text to you. Them shyts werent equalized or nothing just loud as fukk.

I put my phone on silent, trying to be professional and shyt.

About an hour into the meeting "howdy doody motherfukkers its weezy baby..

Im digging in my jacket pocket trying to squeeze the button without pulling it out so they can see that its me

Nope it keeps right on playing until i pull it all the way out and hit decline call.


What i later learned is that whatever phone i had at the time, the ringtones i would get sent would override the settings no matter what. Vibrate, silent, turned down low. It aint matter. LOUD RINGTONE EVERY GOTDAMN TIME.

I had to throw them shyts in the bushes. Default ringtone and vibrate

aww man that is too funny i think we all been there funny thing is when your dolo or with regular company u can find your phone and stop the ringer with ease but when your in this type setting it takes longer and it doesnt want to shut off how it normally does

yeah, i actually just started using em in the last 4-5 years (once actual songs could be played and not those rinky dink sounding polyphonic shyts). didn't even need instrumentals for these, the first 20 seconds of each were ringtone ready
