Nba doesn't allow you to play defense. They outlawed it. All these leagues want more scoring because casual fans bring in money. It is a business at the end of the day.

Dude's being much better three point shooters has made playing defense a lot more difficult. When you have 4 legitimate threats from three help defense, double teaming...all that shyt becomes less manageable.

Plus the rules have changed to make it harder to play defense. If you even have your hand out too close to a guy they can jack up a shot and catch your hand to draw a foul.
