I was gonna say it's called twisting the camera from side to side but my

yea i've used boomerang this isn't boomerang.....i've seen posts where people used this effect and say like water droplets look suspended in mid air
I think it's just the way he held it and the filter he used on top of boomerang. They have filter apps too. If you want that sort of vintage sepia look too.

The stereo camera will take two pics from two angles and u animate them together in photoshop later. render that gif into a vid and wait for likes. This was p big when there wasa big film camera resurgence in 2010/11 then fell off again until recently.
