It sounds like they slowed down the sound at :39. A lot. Probably modified it in other ways too. But it sounds familiar though.

I dunno man I just put that shyt in sony sound forge, pitched it down and it still dont sound nothing like the track

Listening on shytty laptop speakers. It sounds like it is from 1.50- 2.00 mark. It's either one sample pitched or two separate samples from there.

The hook part could have a layer from said ;39 time mark. no heaphones though so can't tell that part properly
