Does anyone on here consider themselves "non-binary"?

She's in the wrong then. She should've had a simple conversation with you instead of getting mad and thats what a lot of people do unfortunately.

She needs to understand that for most of our life we were used to saying him/her so its going to take some time to adjust.

The bold absolutely. But they also need not expect everyone they meet to feel like they're obligated to affirm who they are either.

You SHOULD surround yourself with people who give a fukk enough about you to do as such. If I fukk with you I have no problem calling you whatever if that's what helps you feel more at home in your experience. Just don't go out into the world expecting that. Ideally let's build up your self esteem so you can affirm yourself and anyone else who decides to participate in your journey toward balance is just icing on the cake.

Lol no. I know a couple in IRL though as well as a couple trans people and they all have some pretty severe mental illnesses. Well one is relatively normal but they still have their moments
You have to be mentally ill to wear the outfit you wear for sex in public :mjlol:. I don’t hate them, they think they don’t look wild. Not even judging I’m being objective and respectful. I don’t like making fun of the mentally ill. Transvestism used to be in the book of mental illnesses (Idr proper name) and one day it just got removed. Wtf!

Blonde moments?

I called some “chick” the other day a “her” and she went off on me about referring to “her” as “they”. I damn near quit life after that.

idgaf about ppl calling me they/them but i try to respect other ppl's pronouns, it's not even a trans thing, it's just basic human decency. i'm sure you brehs wouldn't like it if i only addressed or referred to you as hoes lol. agree that they were way outta pocket tho if that's the first time they mentioned it.

i'm enby, i never really cared about it or gave it much thought until someone explained different kinds of it to me and i was like oh shyt i've felt this way my whole life :ohhh:

some days i wake up and feel slightly male, some slightly female, most days totally nothing. ion got dysmorphia or anything tho, having a male body is glorious and being enby doesn't affect my life at all except for my fit that day. and as far as sexuality goes i'm only into straight women, sodomy is vile and like two thirds of trehs have a house in virginia and i ain't going out like that. :dame:

Maybe start a spin-off thread.

On days that you feel like a guy, do you regret decisions that you made on days that you felt like a girl, and vice versa?

I’m not, but living in the NYC area you meet a lot of people who identify as non-binary or inter-gender.

Personally I don’t care if you want to call yourself a baked potato. If you want me to identify you as a shoe, thats fine.
I find that interesting. I think a lot of that is due in part to classism. A lot of those people either come from money or are I position to money. Like people with money do weird shyt and are much more likely to identify as “non-conforming” such as Jaden Smith or D Wades kid.

Like for example gay people exist in big cities because they’re tolerated more and have more social stratification in order to get closer to wealth. Openly gay black men benefit a lot of from this from what I’ve seen. I think that’s a big part of how a lot of em can afford to be there.

I'm not Understanding this post...all I said that people should stop getting upset if someone mispronounced something and explain their side instead.

If I see a woman I'm going to initially think of she/her because that is the norm for the majority. but if they don't want to be called that then I will fully understand.

Greeting someone by saying hoe is totally different than saying him/her
