Carbs + Workout frequency + rest

The food you have access to in prison is a lot of carb heavy shyt. This is bad for sedentary people but if you're treat it like fuel you can do work

Working out frequently + rest in accordance with your frequency will get you big/ripped as shyt. It's the same principle as steroid use but steroids shorten recovery windows. Prison on the other hand, means more time to sleep and recover.

The more time to recover, the harder you can workout and so on

A diet of ramen, tuna, and Cheetos can easily have you, or it can be the perfect fuel for 500 burpees a day
