You mean completely, right? What kind of package doesn't have the USA network?
Most cable companies still have an extremely basic tv package. They don't advertise it because they want you to have the most expensive package possible. There are still some packages that have only the local affiliates of ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, etc.

antenna/digital box ... same thing to me - no monthly fees to watch your local major network affiliates
