Yea, since getting really in shape (not just fit, but actually dieting to see cuts and keeping mass) I have been in-tune with physiques
and definitely keep an eye out. However, fat girls don't bug me, specially not with all the ones I had a crush on over the years. It just ain't
in me anymore to give them time, though they are the main ones stepping to me nowadays. Then again, I see brolic brothas with fat
girls all the time, and even heard big girls say "I need a strong man who can handle me." Not in those exact words, but basically match
a diesel bull with a gluttonous cow.

Plenty of skinny black girls, breh. Elevate your life.

Plus, you can always get them to lose weight.

Skinny doesn't mean healthy nor attractive. Sure it is better than fat, most often, but it ain't the same as a girl with some weight on her

Don't focus on losing weight. Focus on getting in better conditioning and eating better. The weight loss will
take care of itself. However, you can be a slim, petite lil thang and weigh a bit more due to how much weight a more muscular
build will yield. Thicker legs and ass can tighten you up and still tip the scales a bit more, but it is a great tradeoff.
Weight means nothing if you aren't fat.

Overweight is a term constructed by man. It's basically just something that has been accepted. It's not necessarily a fact, per se. So who is to say if someone is overweight? Because overweight has a different meaning in each society. I would agree that anyone who have fat rolls n shyt like that is overweight, but you do have exceptions. Like skinny people who have a extreme amount of fat in certain places. I definitely wouldn't say 90% of black women are overweight. More like 30% to maybe 50%. But I have a feeling these statistics are in comparison to white women. As for diabetes, black people often do have bad eating habits. I sure do. I always have to have a candy at least once a day. It helps me from going insane. However, even with these bad habits I'm still 5'8 and 122 pounds

I happen to be able to name a few actually very loving relationships between a big woman and an athletic male, so it can be done.
However, it ain't for me. While I was ready to sear salmon and brussel sprouts and make pasta salads and whatnot for thanksgiving, my family
insisted on the same old shyt: sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, heavily salted hams, turkey, etc. Caloric bombs that have you feeling like trash when
it is all done with.

If my money is right in the future, I fully expect to have a woman who is ok with waking up at 6am to take a 45 minute walk (4am if she works early) and be ok
coming home to meals I will put together like sea salt and lime-marinated pork tenderloins, steamed broccoli, and pasta tossed in raw honey and rosemary. I can't do the fat thing, breh.

I dunno, more than half of America itself is obese, it's an epidemic that keeps getting worse...I have a hard time accepting that 30 - 50% range you suggested. I agree that certain people can be overweight without being what we would consider "fat", but that's semantics more than anything. and if you agree that black people largely have bad diets, is it really such a stretch to believe the numbers could be that high? but I do agree that the reference point for these studies could be skewed against black women, but we can't blame all of it on white supremacist scientists doing this research

I remember being in charge of prt in the military for years .......... CACS would always say this black chick is over weight... this one is this....... Some of the baddest chicks were considered Over weight. I would ALWAYS HAVE to pull out the 'tape' measure to get the ass to neck to waist line to thigh measurements........
There were fat hoes of all races..... but some black girl just had stronger thicker legs.
It's not like they couldn't do the run just as well.
