Does complaining to HR work for black people

No the fukk I don't. Black women listen to white men. and get nikkas fired. its happend to me twice. the last time this chick from ATL got mad I called her at like 11 at night to tell her about clubs popping at the moment in B ham. She claimed she was a something something and wanted to be on the scene. When should i have called her 4 in the afternoon. then she got me fired. at a gig making 24.hr doing signal testing. fukk that bytch.
We’re yall pretty close at work, why did she trip?

HR is not there for POC in any fashion especially complaints just for white women to protect them from white men and the Company image.

Had a brother go make a complaint on some white boy engineer who was always saying some really racist shyt around Asians and blacks on the job and even around me at the time. :picard: I had to actually tell that cac he needs to chill with that bullshyt as well.

The Brother who was getting the brunt of this decided to go to HR. Brother never had a HR record and did his job well. He made the complaint and HR interviewed me on it as I was there for some of that shyt going down.

A week later...

They called the brother in to talk to him after....nikka left the HR conference room with a write up because he was late twice. :mjlol: nikka worked there for 7 months.

He puts in his paperwork to quit immediately after that and they had the NERVE to ask him why he was leaving. :mjcry:


Need I say more? :stopitslime:and the white boy was still there skinning and grinning when I departed.


Unfortunately, HR departments have a bad habit of implementing underhanded tactics like this on us. :martin:

You communicated with HR ineffectively. When you make a claim of discrimination, you actually have to say, what you're doing here is illegal. That will get them to take you more seriously. I'm in a protected class (bi-polar), and have been around HR shyt a lot.

This hostile as white IT Caveman CAC going around creating a hostile work environment, So I wanted to quit anyway so I debriefed to my temp service provider , weeks later they reported me to my temp service provider saying I don't know what I'm doing LOL, I had only been there one month and two week

once the recruiter told me that I quit that bullshyt, I hate fukking CAC's

And the white boy is there also with lots of complaints against him, He even cursed some black guy out

I went to HR over a racist co worker....the racism was so blatant that they couldn't defend it

they gave ME the power over their job right then and there "so what do you wanna do?" :ohhh:

I spared them that day because after that incident, I had no more problems...

but I literally had control over another persons livelihood and they had no clue.

You spoke nothing but the truth about those black women at the gig. Going to hr more than likely will not work in your favor they will find a way to get rid of u. They want u to take dikk & suck it foh with that. U gotta make provisions if u don't want to deal with that the rest of your life.

Basic rule of thumb is be sociable but not too sociable around white ppl. Appear busy at all times, smile, keep your distance and if you have issues or feel uncomfortable, give them an uncomfortable smile. If they keep pressuring you, become their best friend, be apologetic, invite them out one day after work for a drink, away from cameras and witnesses them fukk then up.

You have to go over their head to a supervisor after that experience .
