Does fruit raise your blood sugar level ?

EDIT : Have you been exercising more as well ? Also apple cider vinegar is great for bringing down blood sugar. Did you cut out fruits as well ?

Yes I try to burn 200-400 calories every night and fast 16 hours with 8 hours window of eating. I haven’t tried the apple cider vinegar , is it good for bringing down sugar? I will try it. I am pretty new to all this stuff.

edit:

I cut off all fruits except for moderate amount berries with whip cream on top. It’s my go to dessert and it barely raises my blood sugar.

also vegetables like potatoes and carrots I have been told to avoid.

Yes it does but not enough to increase it to a point you have to worry.

But eating riper fruit excessively will.
