Does Hip-Hop need saving?

It's 2014, we have a bunch of dope artists out doing their thing and people still think hip hop needs a savior. Does it? Because I don't think so

Quality wise,no. There's something for everyone. On a mainstream record sales tip,maybe. But I doubt that many artist will switch to kendricks style. Even if they wanted to,record execs won't let them.

yes.. it absolutely sucks on all fronts.. its never been this bland.. idc how many "options" there are.. it's sucked on the mainstream level for a few years but this is the worst its ever been.

Better in 2014 than 2007. Problem is, record labels is pushing profitless music filled with negativity and lack replayability, but still think that people will still buy low quality music simply cause of a hot beat.
