D-Wade's the GAWD and he deserves a great send-off, but I wonder if there would be an exception if Kemba were eligible for any incentives that called for him to be an All-Star starter in the east. 
Does Kemba Walker lose out on anything with the D-Wade All-Star farewell spot?

if they kicked out Dame for Demar with more help while Dame was 5th in scoring at the time, then Kemba at 12th in scoring can get the boot.

fukk Wade. Since when is the all star game a send off if you aren’t playing like an allstar?Make no mistake, Wade is the 3rd greatest SG ever but he’s not playing like an allstar this season and he shouldn’t be in the game.

You can't blame Wade for that. Even without the farewell tour, Wade would be in the top 3 because the fan voting is basically a popularity contest. The voting just boils down to Wade is just more popular than Kemba, even in his last year.
Wade is basically the only one giving himself a farewell tour. Nobody asked for it, heck nobody even cares except wade and his friends.
