The refrigerator, but I'll usually take it out 20-30 minutes beforehand if I know I'm going to be using it so it'll be at room temperature by the time I eat something.

Ketchup on cornbreadBoth are fine but I prefer cold ketchup on my fries - and if you are eating ketchup on anything other than fries...![]()
