Does Marvel;MCU have their own suicide squad,deadpool rated R film? Thunderbolts?

Could a film based around the Thunderbolts work a r rated mcu movie with team put together by William Hurt"s General Thunderbolt Ross with Jon Bernthal's The Punisher as the lead with Black widow, Elektra, winter solder, Luck Cage, Abomination,Batroc, Deathlok

They definitely could if they wanted to, but their's schedule's pretty full. But I don't know if they're bold enough to do a full on r-rated theatrical film.

Suicide Squad is PG-13 and Marvel Disney says they won't go the rated R route.

Their Netflix shows are pretty much Rated R material, so of course if they wanted it, they could do it for their movies. They just have zero interest in doing so.

i would love a thunderbolts movie, but i highly doubt it gets made....disney just doesnt care about making a rated r movie...they might put it on netflix just to introduce the characters though....
