you guys are confusing VOICES with FLOWS AND DELIVERY... we're talking about STRICTLY VOICES, forget the lyrical context in their music. Jay-z and Eminem have one of the worse voices per se when it comes to rap but their FLOW and DELIVERY is so FLAWLESS that we see past that. Now a dope voice that catches attention would have to be
DMX - Just remember when you first heard him deliver the first bars of a song, did that not CATCH your attention within 2 seconds??
Ice Cube- His voice is the definition of COMMAND, no matter what he says, that delivery of his is unprecedented!
Lil' Kim- 95-2003 her rap voice clearly is commanding during that era
Pac- I don't even need to explain this
Biggie- LAD Biggie was a polished one
Lil Cease - yes we're talking about lil cease, he has the VOICE for rapping, hes even decent on the mic which his voice helps
Royce da 5'9" - command that goes well with his flow, perfect for rhyming on anything!
