What I love about the playoffs is how the weaknesses and strengths of all these teams are magnified.
The Knicks don't have a guy besides Melo that can't get his own shot and give you 17-20pts. They have Amare but he can't stay healthy or play with Melo..

This sums it up. We all knew Smith was either feast or famine.
Knick's will need Amar'e and Melo next year, healthy, and I think they'd be better than this year.
At this point you can't expect Amare to ever really be totally healthy.

probably not. I'm scanning the box score and they have 2 starters scoreless and 10 points off the bench. But Knick fans were so damn obnoxious during the regular season that they gonna have to get this work anyway

This season: no. It plays out kinda like it has pretty much every other year of his career, but this isn't on Melo.
