I think Nas definitely has the better relationship songs and better R&B collaborations. Jay Z doesn't sound natural doing those joints. There are some exceptions, but outside of these:

Mya- Best of Me remix

R. Kelly- Fiesta

Pharrell- Frontin

Beyonce- Crazy In Love

Jay Z's own "Excuse Me Miss" and "Part II"

The rest are wack or sound forced.
