My question is what is a WOAT Thread?

I see real good thread topics and then some fukkboy call it a woat thread and doesn't get any hits then like a week or so later someone bumps up the thread and then it proceeds to do numbers.

I've seen boring threads ( at least in my opinion) do numbers and get featured and I'm like it this is most non creative uninteresting topic I ever witnessed and the post inside them are ridiculous.
